NCTP
NCTP, National Center of Technology Planning, is a great organization that has helped us form our action plan. They have openly shared their experience with us through the internet. They may not be as big and UNICEF, but they have experience in the area of technology planning. They have three actions that they do to decrease the digital divide 1) Collect 2) Disseminate/Spread 3) Help. Our action plan was formed with the tips that they gave to make a successful action plan.
We will help buy collecting money from people and send them to the different organizations that will help the people in need. Because their actions in the area are already over we have decided to take their experience and to help the Guang Xi province. Because we are not capable of giving the items to an already finished group, we have decided to tag a long with OLPC, one laptop per child. The OLPC is a group that will take opinions and donations from people to give the areas that they want people to give the donations to.
